Items are shipped by USPS, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail and Hongkong Post Air mail.

Shipping and handling fees all over the world would be free.

1. Items are generally shipped out the next 1-2 business days after payment has been verified.

2. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please provide us your full address with Telephone number and make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.If you need to change your address,please change it in PayPal first before you pay.

3. We will send the item as GIFT.

4. We allow you get a discount for multiple items on delivery and service charges.

5. Please Note and mark your phone number on the payment, this will help your product to be received safely and quickly.

Delivery Time:

Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next 1-2 business days you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 5 to 10 business days after being shipped out. (Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are excluded). If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Order Tracking:

It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit, as an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order has been shipped out. Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out

Return Policy:

We are committed to your satisfaction. Within the warranty period, items can be returned for replacement or repair or if the item is not in stock a store credit will be issued, once a Returned Materials Authorization ("RMA") has been obtained. Refunds are only available within the first 30 days from the date of the invoice (shipping, insurance and handling charges are non-refundable)

1. For all returns you will need to contact us to request an authorization number. Be advised that numbers and specific RMA information are issued by email only. Unauthorized and unmarked returns will not be accepted. Please have the following information available when requesting an RMA request: order number, the name the order was placed under, item number, and the nature of the problem.

2. All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging material and box. including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Replacement or Refund will be made when the return arrived.

3. To get a refund for any reason, an RMA number must be obtained within 30 days from the ship date. We reserve the right to test the product and confirm the defectiveness or incorrectness before issuing a refund or exchange. All items must be complete to be accepted for RMA. A 25% Restocking Fee applies to all refunded items returned sealed. After the 30-day period has expired, a new RMA number will need to be obtained.
